OUR MISSION
Based at our brand new facility in Berryfields, Aylesbury we pride ourselves in a premium service. We offer a bespoke service which can cater for any goal big or small. Offering 1-2-1 and small group Personal Training. There is nothing we cannot help with no matter who you are. At Fitness Blueprint we aim to create a clean and professional environment which allows us, as your coach to work to our full potential and get the best results for you. We are proud to offer an incredible community within our gym which has allowed our group coaching and personal training services to continue to develop as we fine tune it to be the best experience possible for our members.
We truly believe that the service we offer is the best personal training service available in our area and we would love to share our knowledge and passion with you.

I am the founder of Fitness Blueprint. I have been a Personal Trainer for over 7 years now and I am also a Level 4 Strength & Conditioning Coach. My clients would say I am fun and outgoing. I like to have a laugh but also take my time making sure the program is best suited for your goals and you are progressing every session towards those goals. I aim to give you a holistic and personal experience as your coach to ensure progression and enjoyment when you visit Fitness Blueprint.

Carl Simpson
Fitness has been an integral foundation to my life since I was 12 and have 14 years experience in the military in an operational environment. I have a vast experience in different training principles. I have a black belt in kickboxing, Completed a 50km Ultra marathon and competed in UKBFF Bodybuilding. My sessions will push you out of your comfort zone and mould you into the person you want to be, safely and efficiently whilst keeping your enjoyment at the forefront of our sessions.

I have recently started my career as a personal trainer after years of competing at a high level in Football when I lived in Australia and more recently CrossFit. I’ve always had a passion for fitness, health, training and sports. I’m very passionate about making others change their look on normal exercise, I want people to understand that exercise should be enjoyed like a hobby rather than a chore and Its my focus to ensure that for you. I like to focus on technique and performance so that clients can see progress in other areas rather than just the scales. I love to see what people are capable of and how I can bring that out of them both in and out of the gym.

I have been very physically active since I was a child - modern dance (hip-hop/jazz), acrobatics and equestrian. I have been in the saddle since I was one year old and my greatest passion is horse-jumping. I graduated from Medical University and successfully completed MA & BA thesis in the field of eating disorders. I believe that combining training with healthy eating gives the best results and I am always happy to help my clients. Your success is my success..

I am new into the PT world but have studied and worked in the health industry for just over 8 years. I believe that it’s about making small, realistic changes to reach your goals and ensure you are making the progress you want to see. Clients would describe my coaching style as approachable, firm and fun. I’m super passionate about empowering people to make changes and have a positive experience along the way.
