SGPT

Our Group Coaching Program is the flagship class at Fitness Blueprint. Designed in 6 week blocks to ensure progression we program the classes to target every area of the body. We use a variety of strength building movements combined with supporting exercises and conditioning. This is the best all round class coached by our experienced trainers to give you the support you need in a small group setting.

MOBILISE

Mobilise is our unique class combining elements of yoga, pilates and physiotherapy. You can expect to build core strength, balance and body control before being guided through a 20-30 minute stretching routine by one of our experienced coaches. This is a perfect low impact class for everyone.

FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS

Friday Night Lights is a party. Loud dance anthems, Party lighting and a sweaty workout. It reinvents the term Friday nights at the bar with the bar being weighted this time. This is a member favourite.

WEIGHTLIFTING

Weightlifting is our class specific to olympic weightlifting. Coached by Bonnie Cooper who is a qualified British weightlifting coach and has a number of years in the weightlifting field both in coaching and her personal training. You can expect to learn and develop all areas of weightlifting such as Squats, Cleans, Snatches and Jerks as well as supporting movements to help these.

PARTNER WORKOUT

Our partner workout is the perfect way to end your weeks training. Pair up with your gym buddy and take on a longer form workout lasting 30-40 minutes. The work in the class is shared between partners which makes team work and communication essential to smash the workout. This is suitable for all abilities.

YOGA

Our Sunrise Yoga class is expertly led by our in house Yoga expert with years of both personal experience and teaching expertise. Enjoy a steady class targeting flexibility, control and balance with some core strengthening and mindfulness.

CIRCUITS

Our Circuits class is a great way to start your day. Full of variety and a mixture of strength and fitness across multiple stations. Typically based on a time frame of work and rest however we do like to mix things up from time to time too!
