WHAT AM I COMMITTING TO WHEN I SIGN UP?
We always offer a free trial session so we can make sure personal training is the right choice for you. Then after that you can expect a fully personalised training program where our coaches will guide you through every hurdle and obstacle to take you to your end goal.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE FREE TRIAL?
It's completely up to you. If you decide you want to continue training with us to reach your fitness goals, we will help you decide which membership is best for you going forward. If you decide that FITNESS BLUEPRINT isn't for you, we'll be sorry to see you go but understand! You can simply say goodbye without having to do anything.
WHAT IF I NEED TO MISS DAYS?
Don’t worry. If something comes up that causes you to miss a few days, you can arrange a time to catch up on sessions or carry them over to the next month.
DO I HAVE TO BE FIT?
No. Our members vary in age and fitness level. Yes, we train some super-fit people here, but they all started somewhere. Your fitness goal is unique to you. We’ll assess your current level, personalise your programme and take it at a pace that works for you.
