WHAT IS ONLINE COACHING?

Experience varied workouts every day at a pace that suits you. You’re in control, we just provide you with the tools to succeed.

HOW IS THE PROGRAM DELIVERED?

Via our interactive coaching app. Log your results and connect with the FITNESS BLUEPRINT coaches all in one place. Our programme has a 5 day split - all varied from strength, conditioning and functional movement.

HOW LONG ARE THE TRAINING SESSIONS?

Sessions will typically take you an hour to complete.

CAN I INTERACT WITH THE COACHES?

Absolutely! You will have direct contact with one of our coaches who will be assigned to help guide you to your goal.

HOW LONG DOES MY MEMBERSHIP LAST?

You are billed each month from the time your 7 day FREE trial ends. We have a 3 month minimum commitment on all our online memberships.
