Our amazing team at The Health Hub are always there to help you manage the tougher times in life. Our team has experience with with adults and teenage clients covering a wide range of presentations including depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, self-harm, suicide ideation, mental health issues, neurodiversity (ADHD and ASD) and also, the challenges of growing up or just being within the technological world and the complications brought up by social media.
Our team are all qualified counsellors and registered with the BACP.
