Here are our Top 5 Tips to help you smash your New Year goals and make 2025 your best year yet:
1. Set Realistic Goals
Ambition is great, but setting overly amnbitious goals can lead to burnout. Break your big goal into smaller, achievable milestones to keep the momentum going.
2. Make a Plan
A goal without a plan is just a wish! Schedule classes, meal prep, or self-care sessions into your calendar just like you would any other commitment.
3. Track Your Progress
Seeing progress is one of the best motivators. Use our app, journal, or even a simple checklist to track your wins. Celebrating small victories will keep you motivated.
4. Find Accountability
Share your goals with a friend, coach, or in the group chat. When others are cheering you on—or working alongside you—it’s easier to stay committed.
5. Be Kind to Yourself
Progress isn’t always linear, and setbacks are normal. Instead of giving up after a slip-up, refocus and keep moving forward. Remember, consistency beats perfection.

Who Will Be Our Member of the Month?
We had an amazing time at the Christmas party and Guy had too much wine…
That being said, This is another chance to celebrate our winners from the night!
Members, Member award - Krutic! Absolute legend and always giving his 100%. Some of the comments from the members read along the lines of: “He always motivates me to push more”, “Always supports me and gives me advice”, “He doesn’t realise how far he has come but he is a huge motivation for me in classes”.
Most improved: Carla! A huge part of the Fitness Blueprint community since joining. She has gone from strength to strength smashing strength goals and new personal bests whilst improving her body composition and losing an amazing amount of weight. She is way more confident in the gym now too and it shows in her ability to challenge herself in every class!
Spirit of Fitness Blueprint: Lynne! The gym mum, Someone who is always cheering the community on to be better, do better and stay motivated. She is one of our longest standing members and her positivity in classes and motivation is incredible. We love you Lynne!!

Monthly Mobility: Focus on Your Shoulders 💪✨
Strong, mobile shoulders are essential for everything from lifting weights to daily tasks like reaching overhead. Improving shoulder mobility can enhance your performance, reduce injury risk, and relieve tension built up from poor posture or repetitive movements.
Try These Shoulder Mobility Exercises:
Arm Circles: Loosen up the shoulder joint and improve range of motion with controlled circular movements.
Thread the Needle: Opens up the shoulders and upper back while improving rotational mobility.
Wall Angels: Strengthen and mobilize the shoulders by mimicking a snow angel against the wall.
Shoulder Rolls: A simple yet effective way to release tension and improve flexibility.
Doorway Stretch: Opens the chest and shoulders, counteracting the effects of sitting or hunching forward.
REMEMBER:
You're always welcome to stay after class to work on your mobility! If the coach isn’t in a rush or another class isn’t starting, feel free to take extra time to stretch out and give your shoulders the attention they deserve.
